What We Do

OVERSIZED DOORS

Our custom doors are made in Northern California and available for shipping worldwide.
You can count on HEXcores to provide you with warp-free doors - guaranteed.
The doors that come from us are reduced weight, can be fitted with low-cost hardware, and can be installed easily with minimal labor. Each door has a fire-resistant aluminum core from 1/4" to 6" in thickness.
All doors are available in pre-finished or unfinished, paint grade, stained or unstained with rigid construction throughout.

THICK VENEER PANELS

We manufacture custom-sized wood veneer from lumber in thickness ranging from 1/16" to 3/4" and any size in-between.
